Midweek treat recipe for a busy bee!
Raw honey caramelised pears! A healthy option to enjoy as a desert alone or with homemade ice cream or yogurt.
Can be made in an air fryer or an oven!
Pears are glazed in our healthybee.ie raw honey, bee pollen and cinnamon.
You will need:
• 2 tablespoons of raw honey
• ½ lemon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Pinch of cinnamon
• Bee Pollen to add special crunchy sweetness
Into a small bowl mix the honey, lemon and vanilla extract. Cut pears in half and glaze them with a mixture of honey. Spread cinnamon and a little more bee pollen.
Place into the oven for 30 minutes at medium to low temperature. Or alternatively use an air fryer at medium heat for 15 minutes.
It is that simple.
