Mushroom-flavoured broth is characterized by its intense aroma, provided by the porcini mushrooms in its composition. The taste of forest mushrooms is wonderfully enhanced by a range of traditional spices, enriched with dried vegetables. You can use this mixture to prepare broth or to season dishes - a few pinches will give any dish a subtle mushroom flavour.
Mushroom Soup Seasoning- Broth is suitable to flavour soups, sauces, salads, dumplings.
Ingredients: salt (41%), dried vegetables (carrots, onions, parsley), boletus, black pepper, MILK powder, WHEAT flour, lactose, vegetable rapeseed oil, potato starch, maltodextrin, sugar, flavouring, caramel colouring.
