Raw Summer Blossom Honey is a beautifully balanced, medium flavoured honey produced from summer nectar. It is collected by the bees from linden, clover, cornflower, raspberries and other summer blossoms.
- Light brown in colour. Can be dark yellow, dark brown or light greyish in colour.
- Medium flavour and comes in a variety of aromas.
- Harvested from forest plants, bushes and herbs. For example; willows, blueberry, hawthorns, oregano, lily’s, cornflowers, safflowers, linden and other summer blossoms.
- Origin: Lithuania.
- 100% raw and unprocessed honey.
- The honey comes in a bucket with a lid that can be reused.
- Honey crystallises over time which is a sign of pureness.
