Cinnamon & Honey Chia Pudding

Cinnamon Chia Pudding Healthy bee

With just 4 ingredients you will have a tasty breakfast, snack, or dessert ready to keep you going on a busy day.

2 syns per serving- 2 portions

You will need:

2 tbsps Chia #chiabiaseed
150 ml milk ( any type) #tasteofavonmore
1 tsp raw honey #healthybee
1 tsp cinnamon fibre 89 #circleoflight

Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Cover and leave to thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Spoon the pudding into 2 glasses, then top with yogurt and fresh fruit.
STEP 3: Enjoy
