Healthy Bee Honey Chickpeas Cookies
Easy and amazing Chick Peas Cookies!
For anyone who loves brownies, with the use of functional ingredients so you can enjoy without guilt!
You will need to use chickpeas instead of flour.
Fun fact! Chick peas release serotonin just like chocolate, so not only will there cookies be a delicious treat but they will also boost your mood!
You will use raw cocoa powder instead of chocolate and whole peanut butter.
400g @bunalunorganic chickpeas
4 tablespoons of @totalsweetxylitol xylitol
2 tablespoons of @healthybee.ie Raw Honey
80g cocoa powder
200g peanut butter
50g dark chocolate
15ml coconut oil melted
Pre-heat the oven at 180 °. Grease a rectangular shape of about 20cm with coconut oil or just use cooking paper. Make sure it is evenly spread, even on the sides this will prevent any sticking.
In the blender, Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. If necessary, stop beating a little, mix with a spoon and beat again to make sure they are no clumps within the batter. Finish mixing with the spoon, to make sure the dough is evenly mixed with no dry ingredients.
Pour and distribute the dough, which must be very thick, over the greased form.
Place in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove carefully, allow to cool slightly and cut into squares.
Alternatively roll into small balls, press on the tray and put in the oven to get the perfect cookie shape 🍪
Serve warm or chilled, whatever your heart desires!
