Hike #1

Our Honey & Ginger Dessert standing strong at the top of Slieve Donard.
The highest mountain in Northern Ireland. The hike was worth the view!

Hike #2
Another warm weekend with one more hike done, to take a snap of our Honey with Cranberries. This time we have picked an easy route with no steep climbs but with magnificent scenery.
Silent Valley in Northern Ireland is a place that must be visited and we highly recommend it. It offers spectacular views of the Mourne mountains, Silent Valley Dam, Silent Valley overflow, valve tower and Ben Crom Dam.
Now we know that it is called Silent Valley for a reason. It is noiseless and peaceful over there!

Hike #4
For hike #4 we climbed up to the Carrauntoohil 1039m, which is the highest mountain peak in Ireland!
To reach the highest mountain in Ireland we went through Carrauntoohil and Cooloughra Horseshoe Circular route. This route offers 8 mountain peaks in a total of which 3 are the highest in Ireland.
This is a wonderful trail with amazing views from all 8 peaks. The Rocky section of the route was difficult and dangerous however it was worth it!
We did the 3 highest points in Ireland in one hike! Of course, we had our blackcurrant honey dessert with us and took a picture of it at the top.
List of the peaks:
1.Cnoc lochtair 747m
2.Skregmore 848m
3.Stumpa Barr na hAbhann 851m
4.Beenkeragh 1010m
5.The Bones 959m
